Have you ever wondered or wanted to see exactly how a boat is made? To see this fascinating process, BoaterNews visited the Brunswick facility in Knoxville, TN, where Sea Ray has recently been joined by Bayliner Cruisers.
Boat accelerate from 0 to WOT (Bayliner 175)
Small boat bayliner 175 xt (similar to the maxum 1800) accelerates from 0 to around 40mph. You hear the mercuiser engine rev right through to about 4000rpm.
Bayliner 175 3lt Boat Exhaust Sound -First Engine Start In 6 Months
A mercruiser 3lt engine (4 cylinder) starting for first time after winter. Quite a lot of smoke. It has a nice sound in my opinion.Boat engine starting on land running from a hose for cooling. The propeller (despite the fact that it spins slowly) is not connected to the drive shaft, if it was it would spin very fast and be dangerous.
