Boat exhaust 3litre mercruiser (Bayliner 175)
Boat engine starting on land running from a hose for cooling. The propeller (despite the fact that it spins slowly) is not connected to the drive shaft, if it was it would spin very fast and be dangerous.

93′carbed 454 7.4L,330hp, 750cfm edelbrock carb, open exhaust, in a 93 bayliner 2859, my lower unit installer forgot to line the shift cable up so thats why the prop is spinning i got that fixed
