I need parts for a Mercury Thunderbolt 200 marine engine. serial no. 3542084. 20 HP. Standard shaft.please.?
Namely the bottom leg with gearbox & waterpump. ( three studs through waterpump, to identify) Any ideas would be welcome.

he has parts from Noahs Ark! If thats no good go to a Merc dealer. many of the V-6 lower units are inter changeable, you should have no problem getting a lower unit.

my mercury marine engine at times over heats. the temputure guage keeps jumping.up and down?
the engine at first over heated,about 200 degress. i then installed a new circulating pump. now the engine gets hot at fast speeds, as i slow down it cools the temp, guage mygo down to about 100 degrees any help would be great
try replacing the pump in lower unit. Sounds like a weak impeller
