Marine Engine Building Jobs?
You visited a few times and I would appreciate your thoughts on this post, why not comment?
I was wondering what colleges offer marine mechanic/technician opportunities and also what jobs are available that have to do with marine engines. I’d love to work for Yamaha Marine or Mercury.
depending on your location, marine mechanics may not be the best choice of career, since boats are typically stored in winter months.
Instead, I would suggest diesel mechanics. If you decided, you could get involved in the marine field, but if it didnt work out, you can transition into another sub-field of diesel mechanics.
Learning to work on outboard motors is too limited IMO.
