		<description>Had this same problem with my boat but I found that it was my boat weight ratio, when I had a person in the front of the boat it would then plane out fine.....

You might check your controls and also open up your motor and have some one full throttle the engine (while off) and make sure that the throttle is moving the same everytime. Sometimes buildup and residue can form on the throttle not allowing it to open up everytime.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

May be able to watch the Pump Bulb and see if it collapsing when it not running correct.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
