Hi. I sold U the parts for this motor. I still have a new old stock never used skeg piece that holds the gears and shaft the prop slides over. A good drive shaft & enough parts for a complete lower end. Also have a prop in fair shape too 101/4 x 14. Good luck with the motor, it sounds good.
