Bayliner Trophy – Problem with Transducer

I have 20ft Trophy, with a problem regarding transducer.
Its a Koden do you know were i can put this transducer ?
I have tried an in hull, but did not put it in oil.
Help here would be appreciated, thanks

    There are basically 3 types of transducer mounts:

    transom mount that you would mount at the lowest part of the transom possible while still getting clean water flow (not disturbed by engine or trim tabs)

    thru hull that you need to cut a hole thru the hull and insert the transducer thru (this needs to be towards the stern so it stays in the water as much as possible while the boat is underway)

    and the in hull, that needs to be mounted inside the hull towards the stern. The models I have seen have oil inside and having that oil is critical to having it work correctly.
