Any glass shop can cut (or have cut) tempered glass if your frame is good. I just had two pieces cut for a 16' bass boat I bought. Front is about 1.5' x 2', and the side is tapered and around 3.5' long. $55.00 for tinted, tempered glass.

The front piece had been replaced with Lexan, and that works fine, I just wanted all to match.
