15hp Mercury built Force outboard boat motor running in test tank
This motor is almost brand new. I was told it only had about one or two tanks of gas run through it. I beleive this to be a 1997 model. I installed a new water pump cleaned the carb and as you can see it runs great

The motor seems to be a little jumpy for some reason. As you replaced the water pump I assume the motor was running a higher temperature than normal. And as the motor seems to spit once in a while then that is why you cleaned the carb. Question, is the motor running hotter than it should be?
