Baltimore Boat Show Update

The Baltimore Sun reports on this yearâ??s Baltimore Boat Show and trend towards â??green boatingâ??, offering products and tips to make boating more environmentally friendly.

According to the Baltimore Sun story, this year’s show featured a “Green Boating Zone” featuring hybrid boats, biodegradable soaps, and electric outboard engines. Show promoters also offered tips on green boating ranging from recycling batteries to preventing fuel spills.

What is behind the trend to make boating greener? One reason could be the tough economy. Environmentally friendly practices could help broaden the appeal of boating to new customers.

How do I replace the water pump impellar on a 1984 90HP Evinrude VRO outboard motor.?

I know the shift lever has to be disconnected in the forward position and the foot has to be dropped and I think this should be a relatively simple procedure but it,s my first one.Any tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
